This concept project trains auto insurance sales agents in effective customer service strategies through a scenario-based eLearning experience. Learners interact with a fictional customer scenario where each decision impacts a gamified satisfaction slider, encouraging reflection and learning through mistakes. I designed the full experience from action mapping to prototyping, creating custom visuals, realistic branching paths, and UI elements. The final result is an engaging, job-relevant training simulation built to improve soft skills like empathy, communication, and problem-solving in a risk-free environment.
