This concept project trains auto insurance sales agents in effective customer service strategies through an immersive, scenario-based eLearning experience. Learners navigate realistic customer interactions where each decision affects a gamified satisfaction slider, encouraging reflection and learning through safe mistakes.

I designed the full experience, from action mapping to interactive prototyping, creating custom visuals, branching paths, UI elements, and audio to simulate a realistic, engaging environment. The course builds soft skills such as empathy, communication, and problem-solving while offering a risk-free space to practice, reflect, and grow.

Project Highlights:

  • Custom graphics including a SafeDrive Auto Insurance logo, character facial expressions (talking, happy, neutral, disappointed), and a slider bar with customer faces representing satisfaction levels.

  • Advanced triggers for dynamic slider movement, scenario resets, and tailored feedback.

  • Three AI-generated voiceovers for multiple characters.

  • Interactive visual elements such as dials, informational pop-ups, and mobile app simulations.

  • Detailed, scenario-specific feedback per answer choice, reinforcing learning.
