This self-paced course immerses learners in realistic workplace scenarios designed to strengthen six essential competencies: communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and teamwork. Each lesson incorporates interactive elements to promote active learning, reflection, and skill application.

I designed the course to integrate multiple tools and interactivity layers, creating a visually cohesive and engaging experience for corporate learners. The communication lesson features a custom Storyline interaction to provide additional opportunities for skill practice and interactivity.
