Tools Used: Articulate Rise (with AI audio), Articulate Storyline (with AI audio), Canva AI, and AWS3.

This learning experience equips managers with practical strategies to deliver effective feedback that drives employee growth and performance. Learners engage in scenario-based interactions where each decision impacts outcomes, allowing them to practice delivering feedback in a risk-free, realistic environment.

I designed the course in Rise with integrated Storyline blocks, combining text-to-speech narration, interactive knowledge checks, and visual feedback to create a highly engaging learning experience. Learners complete pre- and post-assessments to measure progress and retention, reinforcing learning and skill application.

Project Highlights:

• Scenario-based Storyline blocks featuring tailored, answer-specific feedback to simulate real workplace interactions

• AI-generated voiceovers for narration and scenario characters

• Interactive simulation built in Canva AI to illustrate effective and ineffective feedback approaches

• Pre- and post-assessments with 10 questions each, using green/red visual indicators for instant reinforcement

• Embedded video and downloadable job aid to support application in real-world managerial scenarios
