This learning experience equips managers with practical strategies to deliver effective feedback that drives employee growth and performance. Designed in Rise with integrated Storyline blocks, it features text-to-speech narration, interactive knowledge checks with answer choice-specific feedback, and green/red visual indicators for correct and incorrect responses. Learners complete a 10-question pre- and post- assessment with multiple question types to measure progress and retention. The course also includes an embedded video, an AI-generated feedback simulation built in Canva, and a downloadable job aid, helping managers confidently apply feedback techniques in real workplace scenarios.
